Your Daily Action
As an O2C Process Owner, you will be part of the Financial Projects & Processes team, responsible for ensuring the finance function is supported by modern systems and a well-structured financial process framework. Your role will be crucial in ensuring stability, optimizing O2C processes, and supporting financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Support (30%): Be the go-to expert for O2C financial system users, assisting in troubleshooting, guidance, and continuous system improvements.
- SAP Optimization & Implementation: Lead the SAP MBC/BCM implementation to enhance bank and payment processes + Support the implementation of SAP TRM and treasury processes (including In-house Cash) to streamline financial operations.
- O2C Process Improvement: Drive efficiencies in order-to-cash transactions, ensuring seamless financial operations + Optimize customer invoicing, payment processing, and credit management.
- Process Monitoring & Documentation: Prepare and maintain high-quality process documentation + Track performance metrics, report findings, and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaboration & Project Involvement:
- Work closely with business technology teams, project/test managers, and operational finance colleagues + Support change requests and participate in user acceptance testing
