Wat ga je doen?
- Accurately process and manage invoices in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth accounts payable operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for Accounts Payable queries.
- Mentor and onboard new team members.
- Analyze and solve issues at the root cause, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Manage tax payments and maintain tax balance accounts.
- Review monthly reconciliations and drive process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits.
Wat neem je mee?
- A vocational level (MBO) qualification or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or S/4HANA (VIM knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
