What are you going to do?
In this role, you will oversee cash management operations across multiple countries, ensuring liquidity flows where it’s needed most. The role will report to the Head of Treasury of Europe and your key responsibilities will include:
Daily Operations:
- Managing daily cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Fine-tuning cash pooling structures to optimize regional funds.
- Keeping the in-house bank running smoothly, handling intercompany funding and reconciliations.
- Ensuring liquidity to support the company’s strategic ambitions.
- Keeping everything above board with compliance to internal policies, external regulations, and SOX controls.
- Driving continuous improvement and aligning cash processes across different countries.
- Analyzing data to safeguard against potential fraud risks.
Cash Flow & Forecasting:
- Creating accurate cash flow forecasts to keep liquidity on point.
- Contributing to rolling forecasts for financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborating across teams to fine-tune cash management strategies.
What will you bring along?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Bonus points for an MBA or certifications like CTP or CFA.
- You bring at least 6 years of experience in treasury or cash management, especially in areas like cash pooling and in-house banking.
- You’re strong with financial tools, treasury management systems, and ERP systems like SAP and QAD.
- You’re familiar with compliance and financial regulations.
- Communication is your strong suit, and you thrive in a multicultural, multinational setting.
- You’re proactive, flexible, and love streamlining processes across borders.
