Recruitment Strategist
Works at Fuuse since Februari 2021
Background
I was raised internationally but with Dutch parents at home. I have lived in six countries: Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Canada, and the Netherlands, for the last five years. In the Netherlands, I studied Business Administration at Nyenrode.
What do you enjoy most about working at Fuuse?
I enjoy the interaction with people the most. Throughout the day, I work with people from different parties: my team, clients, and candidates. It's the most satisfying when the team clicks, and clients and candidates find new challenges together. That gives me a lot of energy.
What was your most successful match?
My most successful match was my first match. It took a few months after I started working. After all your hard work, combined with your training, when your first deal finally falls through, it's very satisfying. This deal was also very special because I took my candidate out of a less-than-ideal situation to a company and position that she had been looking forward to for years. That was a big plus and more important than my success.
What were you doing five years ago?
Five years ago, I had just started my new studies and arrived in the Netherlands.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I hope to have a company where I am also helping people but in a completely different field. However, this is still a secret.
What do you do when you're not working?
I think it's important to exercise after work and to spend a lot of time with friends and family.
